i broke my own record for 2.4km today!
YAY, my goal to have a timing under 12mins and i came in at 11:55!
i'm happy cause i thought it'll never be possible, like how i always tell baby it's not easy to maintain 2mins every round lah. so a lesson learnt,

IMPOSSIBLE IS NOTHING!
(actually, kudos to the guy in front who made me chase him all the way)

next up, to beat darlinggg kellie huang's timing of 11:48! yeah!
and to improve on my sbj, the only D which caused me my gold.. ): sobs.

NYJC vs AJC and we won.
but the thing was that we really played on court, no giving of faces, that's how we respect. the hard fouls on kell and my sis clar shouldering into my chest. it was a long wait for this match, i was super excited, to the point i couldn't have my noon power nap lah. i keep turning and tossing in bed, visualizing how'd it'll be like.

and dinner with the girls plus coach, it's been a long time...
especially the noise created in coach's car on the way home, just so missed.
